Formación

• BA/BS in HR or related field with 5+ years training in a government contracting environment.
• Proven track record as a training coordinator/officer designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a local area background check.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training gaps and create training material to aid in higher productivity and compliance.
• Research and identify future training needs and build the curriculum.
• Evaluate training programs and leaders to ensure continuous improvement and objectives.
• Maintain LMS by implementing new requirements and tracking certifications.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
• Keep training documentation current with procedural changes and government policies.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Conduct annual training for contract personnel and provide supervised training to government personnel as needed.
• Develop and maintain training policies to meet DoD requirements.
