Job summary

Amazon RAD1 Learning & Development seeks an on-site Learning Trainer to coordinate site training across operations and IT. You will facilitate hands-on sessions, manage training records, and support SOP updates to boost associate capabilities and safety.

You will measure performance, address skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement through PDCA and Kaizen, while supporting peak and non-peak training plans and reporting insights to area managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities for the site with Operations Managers, IT Managers, and floor Associates.
• Deliver hands-on training for PIT operations, processes, and procedures.
• Update training records and ensure SOP compliance using electronic tools.
• Assess performance, identify skill gaps, and drive PDCA and Kaizen improvements.
