Job summary

CT State Community College is seeking a Director of Education Technology to enhance learning opportunities through instructional tech, LMS oversight, and faculty development. The role reports to the Academic Dean and entails collaborative leadership across departments.

Responsibilities include program development for faculty training, technology-enabled course delivery, and ongoing administration of instructional platforms at CT State’s Norwich campus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instructional Technology or related field.
• At least one year of related experience in instructional technology.
• Proficiency with instructional tech tools and course management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and implement instructional technology in collaboration with IT.
• Develop and deliver faculty/staff programs on instructional technologies.
• Manage administration and related processes.
