Job summary

Annunciation Primary School seeks a Learning Support Officer (LSO) to assist students with diverse needs, liaising with classroom teachers and our Learning Diversity Leader to support learning. We value understanding, compassion and proactivity in the classroom.

This fixed term casual role runs Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 1:45 pm, starting as soon as possible. Completion of Certificate IV in School Based Education Support is advantageous but not required.

Role Description/CriteriaAt Annunciation Primary School, Learning Support Officers (LSOs) support students with diverse needs. Learning Support Officers liaise with classroom teachers and our Learning Diversity Leader to support and assist children with their learning.We are seeking someone who is understanding, compassionate and proactive when working within a classroom.
