Job Overview: We seek a Learning Specialist skilled in science subjects, with excellent communication, adaptability, and self-motivation. This role offers an opportunity to join a mission-driven company at a pivotal growth stage. You will impact operational success and team development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a professional, caring, and welcoming environment respecting diverse cultures and experiences.
2. Facilitate client intake and evaluation processes.
3. Develop and implement educational goals and teaching methods aligned with program objectives and client outcomes.
4. Apply an instructional approach rooted in andragogy.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to create instructional materials, including social media content.
6. Design and administer assessments to evaluate client needs, interests, learning styles, and progress.
7. Identify barriers to achievement and develop action plans to address them.
8. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees and clients.

Who You Are: You thrive at the intersection of science and education, with an educational background and/or at least 2 years of practical experience in a science field such as Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Carpentry, Dental Hygiene, Nursing, or Construction Management. Teaching experience is a plus.
