Job summary

The Fay Group is a real estate and mortgage services firm delivering learning programs across its nationwide team. The Learning Specialist will manage the LMS, deploy online courses, enroll learners, and ensure data integrity with UKG and Active Directory.

The role also supports design and deployment of learning programs, training coordination, and analytics on participation and outcomes. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, or related field.
• Experience as LMS Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar roles preferred.
• PM skills and project management experience.
• Experience creating training materials and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS; configure curriculum and courses; enroll learners; troubleshoot and report data.
• Reconcile data with UKG and Active Directory; ensure data integrity.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs; coordinate training and logistics.

Learning Specialist is responsible for administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and deployment of online learning. This includes managing configuration of curriculum, deployment of courses, enrollment of learners within the LMS, troubleshooting and reporting on all related data. The position also manages the reconcilement of data with UKG and Active Directory.

In addition, the Learning Specialist effectively assists the design, development, and implementation of learning programs at Fay. Key responsibilities include training coordination, managing logistics, developing learning aids, survey management, and enrollment administration. The role manages the collection, reporting, analysis of all learning programs, processes, participation, and related metrics.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field; High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience as LMS Administrator, Training Coordinator, Training Support, or similar roles preferred.
• Prior experience utilizing project management skills; demonstrated project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in developing training and/or communication materials and collateral.
• Working knowledge and interest in training preferred.
• Experience with varied feedback/survey tools, methods, and reports preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with learning or HRIS databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• The hourly range for this position is between $26.44 to $36.06 hourly
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
