About The Role

As a Learning Specialist at COUNTRY Financial, you will develop, direct, plan and evaluate learning solutions to meet the talent development needs in our Commercial Agribusiness Underwriting Operations division. You will partner with our trainers, project team members and business areas to conduct in-depth job task analysis and / or needs assessments to identify business goals, instructional objectives, programs, and training operational resources to address needs and/or gaps.

Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to enhance the knowledge and skills of operations professionals. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet business area standards and organizational objectives. Support continuous professional development in assigned operational areas, fostering a culture of learning, contributing to improved operational efficiency and service quality.

How does this role make an impact?

  • Design, develop and implement learning solutions using different methods or a blend of methods, including instructor led training, virtual learning, elearning, performance support, self-directed learning, coaching, mentoring and peer learning.
  • Applies knowledge of adult learning and instructional design theory to design course plans and training solutions.
  • Collaborates with training and development professionals, subject matter experts, and other business areas as applicable to perform thorough job task analysis and needs assessments, identifying business goals, instructional objectives, programs, and training operational resources necessary to address needs and gaps.
  • Consults with and gathers data from operations leadership and key stakeholders to align training programs with organizational and business area goals, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintains inventory of formal training and operational resources.

Base Pay Range

$62,000-$85,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
