Position Summary:

The Learning Solutions Coordinator will develop learning curriculum and deliver technical, professional, and proprietary system training. This position collaborates with departments and practice groups to support employee development through coaching, consulting, and training. The goal is to develop learning strategies that equip employees with the necessary tools, information, and support to navigate the evolving technology landscape effectively.

Essential Functions:
  1. Conduct training needs analysis and design effective learning assets supporting business needs, principles, objectives, strategies, and policies.
  2. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees with hiring personnel, administrators, and management.
  3. Support short- and long-term learning plans for employees across departments.
  4. Evaluate software to design and develop effective learning assets for targeted audiences.
  5. Design, develop, and curate learning assets, including videos, handouts, and eLearning modules.
  6. Facilitate various training sessions using appropriate delivery methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, and workshops.
  7. Provide second-level support to the Service Desk for incidents requiring in-depth education on software functionality.
  8. Maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, and internal processes to evaluate and improve learning assets.
  9. Identify collaboration opportunities within the firm to enhance technological knowledge and promote innovation.
  10. Offer ad hoc coaching and support as requested by management and users.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Team-player attitude that fosters collaboration and positive team dynamics.
  2. Highly organized with creative problem-solving skills to overcome learning barriers.
  3. Customer-focused with excellent listening skills.
  4. Experience developing blended learning programs, including self-directed, instructor-led, eLearning, and webinars.
  5. Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual training environments.
  6. Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Understanding of adult learning theories.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Experience working in a legal environment is preferred.
