Position Summary:

The Learning Solutions Coordinator will develop learning curricula and deliver technical, professional, and proprietary system training. This role collaborates with departments and practice groups to support employee development through coaching, consulting, and training. The coordinator will create learning strategies to equip employees with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the evolving technology landscape.

Note: Candidates who would work in the following states are currently not considered: VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.

Essential Functions:
  1. Conduct training needs analysis and develop effective learning assets aligned with business needs and policies.
  2. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees with relevant personnel.
  3. Support short- and long-term learning plans for employees.
  4. Evaluate software as part of project teams to develop effective learning materials.
  5. Design and develop learning assets like videos, handouts, and eLearning modules.
  6. Facilitate training sessions using appropriate delivery methods.
  7. Provide second-level support to the Service Desk for complex incidents requiring training.
  8. Maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, and internal processes to assess learning assets.
  9. Identify collaboration opportunities to enhance technological knowledge and innovation.
  10. Offer coaching and support as needed by management and users.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with blended learning, instructor-led training, eLearning, and webinars.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
