Job summary

Christ School seeks an enthusiastic Learning Resources teacher to join our residential campus faculty for August 2026. The LR teacher will work with five small classes (2-5 students) to develop study skills needed for our rigorous high school program.

Responsibilities include fostering structured learning, assessing progress, collaborating with content-area teachers and tutors, and supporting academic growth, organization, and test-taking strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Education or related field required; master's preferred.
• Two or more years teaching upper school experience preferred.
• Interest in educating and inspiring adolescent boys.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and apply new teaching methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a structured, positive learning environment for all students.
• Identify and implement study-skills development for 5 small classes (2-5 students).
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with content-area teachers and outside tutors.
