Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is recruiting for a Learning & Quality Assurance Manager at JW Marriott Reston Station. You will develop and implement training programs aligned with JW Marriott brand standards and operational excellence, oversee orientation, and lead the Griffin Pride trainer program.

Collaborate with department leaders to identify development needs, strengthen service quality, and promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the hotel and residences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, education, or related field.
• 3+ years in hospitality training, learning and development, or hotel operations with training responsibilities.
• Experience with service quality assessments, internal audits, and corrective action follow-up.
• Familiarity with Marriott/JW Marriott brand standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that support brand standards and operational excellence.
• Oversee associate orientation and onboarding.
• Lead the Griffin Pride certified trainer program.
• Ensure training aligns with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Partner with department leaders to identify development needs and improve service quality.
• Build leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the hotel and residences.
