Davidson Hospitality Group’s JW Marriott Reston Station in Northern Virginia seeks an accomplished Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategy for a premier luxury property. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy while elevating the guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in luxury hotel revenue management, Marriott brand familiarity, and a proven ability to influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience in luxury or full-service hotels.
• Previous Marriott International experience preferred with familiarity with revenue systems.
• Experience with revenue strategies, pricing, forecasting, and distribution.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to translate data into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall revenue management strategy across pricing, forecasting, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitive set, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on group, corporate, and leisure business.
• Oversee distribution channel strategy and channel profitability.
• Present recommendations to hotel leadership and lead revenue strategy meetings.
• Mentor and develop revenue management team.
