The Learning & Organizational Development Specialistworks closely with team members to develop, design, and deliver learning programs. They are highly organized, self-motivated, energetic, proactive, creative, and highly efficient in completing tasks with attention to detail and quality. They improve and develop sustainable processes and procedures and possess excellent communication skills. The Specialist reports to the Director, Learning & Organizational Development in Los Angeles.
In addition to supporting enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs, the Specialist will support the Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development in an administrative capacity and manage L&OD Team operations.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with anin-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job DescriptionPay Rate: $75,000 to $82,500 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
