Job Overview

As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the administration of the LMS, including user management, course setup, and reporting.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets organizational needs.
3. Provide support and training to users of the LMS.
4. Analyze LMS data to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
2. Prior experience using Skilljar is preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
