Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs across lifecycle.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs aligned with business needs.
• Develop leadership and manager development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, mentorship, and career development programs.
• Coordinate compliance and business training with stakeholders.
• Manage LMS administration and vendor partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end execution of learning programs and calendars.
• Track learning metrics and report to HR leadership.
