Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Learning Manager, Trades, Craft and Operations Development to lead the Renegade Academy portfolios. You will align development solutions with business needs, partnering with Operations, Safety, and craft leaders to deliver practical, scalable training and credentials.

You will oversee apprenticeship, credentialing, and continuing craft development while guiding instructors and evaluators to ensure proficiency and progression across critical trades.

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured craft‑development pathways and apprenticeship programs.
• Experience partnering with operations, safety, instructors, and SMEs to define capability standards.
• Knowledge of adult‑learning principles and performance support.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Renegade Academy development portfolios from identified need through implementation and measurement.
• Translate priorities and workforce needs into development priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Develop portfolio plans reflecting business priorities and resources.
• Evaluate solutions and recommend build, scale, or consolidate actions.
• Lead initiatives with instructional design, learning operations, facilitators, and SMEs.
• Communicate portfolio progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
