Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Para Pro Assessment or credits shown.
• Certifications/Clearances: Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities under teacher direction to include all students.
• Confers with teachers to evaluate student progress and IEP objectives.
• Implements instruction for individuals or small groups to meet learning goals.
• Maintains materials and student records for reliability.
• Monitors students to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Performs data recording and clerical tasks to support the teacher.
• Responds to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
