Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Training Facility Coordinator and Instructional Designer in Overland Park, KS to support co/lab learning spaces and lead video production efforts. You will work with Talent Development and Creative teams to plan, film, and edit instructional content, while coordinating training environments and equipment.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment requirements including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-day-per-week, in-person, administrative technical support coverage for the co/lab space, excluding holidays and leaves.
• Work with the co/lab team to determine use cases and needs from the space to achieve outcomes.
• Set up audio/visual equipment for events and troubleshoot AV issues during live events.
• Report equipment damage and coordinate usage of co/lab equipment.
