Job summary

Lee College seeks aCoordinator of Learning Support Services to oversee the Learning Hub and Math Lab, supervise Tutors, SI Coaches, and student workers, and drive workshops, collaborations, and outreach.

You will collaborate with faculty, collect and analyze service data, and align offerings with institutional goals to promote independent learning and successful course completion. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Two years of professional experience in higher education learning support, tutoring, or student success is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel within the service area (Lee College main campus and Barbers Hill campus) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Learning Hub and Math Lab, including Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction programs and virtual services.
• Coordinate Tutor and SI Coach programming, including staffing, course assignments, workshops, and training materials.
• Develop and monitor annual budget recommendations to support coverage, cost efficiency, and program growth.
• Create annual plans with measurable outcomes and track progress toward goals using data reports.
• Produce evaluation reports to inform improvements and decisions based on student needs and service usage.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to align services with course expectations and institutional goals.
