Applied Training Solutions is seeking a Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator. This in-person role involves assisting clients with military programs and overseeing facility operations. The position is based at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, VA, and requires compliance with specific procedures and safety protocols. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience relevant to the position.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Facility operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. post‑secondary education and soldier development programs.
• Familiarity with Army Publication System and online Army Correspondence Course Program enrollment process.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Follow specific procedures in accordance with SOP.
• Explain MLF procedures and policies.
• Post course information and track facility usage.
• Assist clients with military programs and enrollment.
• Greet clients in a professional manner.
• Monitor and secure facilities during operation hours.
• Maintain a secure environment and track usage.
