Job summary

MES, LLC seeks a Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator to manage schedules, assist clients with access to facilities and programs, and ensure proper usage of resources at Schofield Barracks and related venues. You will work onsite at Schofield Hub, coordinating with government staff and following SOPs.

The role requires familiarity with Army systems, customer service skills, and a high school diploma or GED, plus at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, enunciate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with Army education programs and Army systems.
• High School diploma or GED; minimum 1 year relevant experience; NACI required.

Responsibilities

• Publish schedules for facility usage and track room/equipment use; update schedules as needed.
• Greet clients professionally and input participation data into Army systems or approved platforms.
• Assist clients with scheduling, access, and locating military programs and courses; provide instructional resources.
