Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking individuals to provide Education Support Services for Army Continuing Education System offices across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Primary duties include administering exams, ensuring proper testing environments, and coordinating with test administrators to maintain credentials and training in line with ARIMS guidelines.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to meet deadlines, and a favorable NACI check.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications is required.
• A favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is required for this position.
• No minimum experience is specified for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a conducive testing environment.
• Meet all Suspenses and deadlines.
• Support special events.
• Coordinate with TCO/ATCO to update credentials and training.
• Use ACES CAT for all customer interactions and capture workload.
• Manage storage and destruction of testing documents per ARIMS timelines.
