This LET works within our co-teaching model to address differentiated needs while not handling main instruction for each class. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required.
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and improving outcomes.
• Elementary education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for one cohort of students and lead them through transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior for a functional learning atmosphere.
