Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in LMS platforms, web technologies, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of experience working with learning management systems in online learning.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms, online proctoring, and course materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform leadership and support for Kean Global’s online courses and programs.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and leadership to shape learning experience design processes.
• Support faculty and students; travel and flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends.
