Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DCS learning experience portfolio.
  • Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to coordinate course offerings, learning pathways, curriculum sequencing, and scheduling.
  • Maintain academic documentation, course templates, faculty resources, and learning systems for consistency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with faculty to strengthen design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across programs.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement efforts using learner feedback, faculty input, and outcomes to enhance engagement and quality.

The Learning Experience & Innovation Coordinator supports the design, implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learner-centered educational experiences across the Division of Continuing Studies ( DCS ). Working collaboratively with academic leadership, faculty, staff, and campus partners, this position helps ensure that DCS courses, certificates, and academic programs provide engaging, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of the modern learner.

Serving as a collaborative partner to faculty and division leadership, this position coordinates the DCS learning experience portfolio by supporting the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of courses, certificates, learning pathways, and educational experiences that promote consistency, quality, and student success.

The successful candidate combines expertise in adult learning, curriculum improvement, project coordination, and educational innovation with a commitment to collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. This role serves as a bridge between educational vision and implementation, helping ensure that every DCS learning experience is intentional, connected, relevant, accessible, and continuously improving.

Coordinate the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DCS learning experience portfolio. Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to coordinate course offerings, learning pathways, curriculum sequencing, and scheduling that support student progression, program quality, and an intentional learning experience. Maintain academic documentation, course templates, faculty resources, and learning systems that promote consistency, operational effectiveness, and a cohesive learner experience across DCS programs.
