Soni is partnering with a fast-growing client to bring on a Learning Experience Designer for a contract position. This is a hands‑on opportunity to design innovative, interactive learning programs that support leadership development and management training initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats: blended learning, interactive e-learning, microlearning videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and certifications.
  • Build scalable content that supports leadership competencies and manager development programs.
  • Translate complex information into clear, compelling learning materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, gather content, and align on learning objectives.
  • Leverage tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high‑quality, on‑brand content.
  • Use audio and visual editing tools to enhance the learning experience through video and multimedia.
  • Work within established learning platforms and technologies, ensuring content is optimized for LMS delivery.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education technology, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience designing and developing learning experiences.
  • Expertise in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong foundation in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience with SCORM, LMS platforms, and digital content development tools.
  • High proficiency with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Camtasia).

Compensation: $45–$52 per hour. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications.
