We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer to develop highly impactful product learning programs for both internal client-facing teams and external advertisers. As our client’s advertising solutions rapidly evolve and expand, your expertise will be crucial in equipping sales teams and advertisers with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

In this dynamic role, you will have a significant impact by conceptualizing, building, and iterating on cutting-edge educational content. You’ll transform complex product information into engaging and effective learning modules, directly influencing the proficiency of users and the success of advertising strategies on a global scale. Your Impact and Responsibilities:

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will partner with subject matter experts to build, iterate, and execute training development. Your key contributions will include:

Leading comprehensive needs analyses and developing strategic learning initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to understand intricate training needs and develop impactful product educational content, grounded in adult learning principles and leveraging appropriate technology.

Employing strong project management skills to oversee medium to large-scale learning projects from inception to completion.

Applying robust instructional design models (such as ADDIE or SAM) to create diverse learning solutions, including online courses, classroom training, webinars, job aids, and assessments that best meet learner needs.

Utilizing rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create and adapt content for a constantly evolving technological landscape.

Designing highly interactive and scenario-based eLearning experiences that go beyond standard interactions, ensuring deep learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Writing compelling and clear course material derived from source content and insights gathered from subject matter expert interviews.

Qualifications to Make a Difference:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing multiple, complex learning projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, high-energy corporate environment.

Demonstrable experience (5+ years) in developing comprehensive training programs across various modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training (both in-person and virtual), and blended learning solutions for a global audience.

Expertise in leading thorough needs analyses and crafting effective learning strategies that align with and drive organizational objectives.

Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts to define training requirements and develop impactful educational content.

Deep understanding and practical application of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.

Experience with agile and rapid development methodologies for the creation and iteration of learning content in dynamic settings.

Significant experience in designing engaging, interactive, and scenario-based eLearning modules that foster critical thinking and practical application.

Exceptional writing skills for developing clear, concise, and effective course materials, scripts, and learning aids.

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to create custom interactions utilizing states, layers, variables, and other advanced features.

A strong working knowledge of graphic design principles and their application to creating visually appealing and effective learning materials.

Key attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, a strong customer-obsessed mindset, demonstrated leadership capabilities, a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Evolve.

Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation and modification.

A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and the ability to translate these concepts into dynamic learning solutions, particularly within an advertising context.

Knowledge of typographic principles and experience in applying brand design guidelines to learning materials.

Prior sales experience is a plus.

Prior experience working in “big tech” firms is a plus.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. The rate range for this role is $45-$65/hour.

This is a remote position, normal business hours (9am-5pm, M-F in ET, CT, MT, or PT.

Other Requirements

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $60/HR Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
