Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: Pennsylvania.

This position defines the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels. Provides expert consultation on the creation of digital experiences that align with client expectations, needs, and ease of access. Leads all aspects of design and user testing for cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives. Works closely with Information Technology (IT) teams on digital deliverables. Facilitates the strategic execution of digital enhancements and initiatives through strong technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• UX Design - Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of the Bank's digital user experience. Ensure digital products, services, and channels deliver an efficient, user-friendly experience for clients. Guide the design process for successful integration and user acceptance.
• Business Support - Support digital products, channels, and initiatives through various technical and operational duties. Mentor less experienced designers when applicable.
• User Testing - Ensure success of digital enhancements by testing new designs before implementation. Write and execute test plans, develop analytics for user testing, and gather insights on user engagement and acceptance.
• Collaboration - Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to enhance and implement strategic initiatives. Coordinate digital deliverables with the IT department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in User Design OR High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in User Design.

Preferred Experience: Financial Services Industry, design research.

Skills: Technical acumen, understanding of the internet, web application development, system design, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.

Experience as a contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank or its subsidiaries is required.
