This position requires in‑person work in the Salem, OR office 1–2 days per week, with the number of on-site days adjusting based on staff meetings, unit activities, and other business needs. The role also requires in‑person attendance at meetings, trainings, and development sessions across the state. Occasional travel, including evenings, weekends, and out-of-state conference attendance, is required. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record or access to timely alternative transportation.
Regular interaction with diverse training participants, including those undergoing performance counseling; some interactions may be emotionally charged or sensitive. Work may involve tight deadlines, interruptions, and high-pressure situations.
Physical requirements include periods of sitting/standing and lifting or moving items such as boxes and tables (up to 30 lbs).
