As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support Learning and Development team and assists with the development, design, delivery and evaluation of training programs, services, initiatives, and events. You will be responsible for supporting the learning management system, SharePoint and intranet site, coordinating communications, logistics, data accuracy and purchasing support, for the Learning and Development team.
This position is temporary and includes full state fringe benefits; it is anticipated to last until June 30, 2027.
This position requires an employee to work onsite at 600 N Robert St, St Paul, Minnesota at least 20% of the time, with limited telework available. Telework eligibility depends on residence:

Position requires a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience supporting learning and development.
Experience must include:
A m aster’s or bachelor’s degree in training & development, human resources, education, psychology, communications, organizational development, or a closely related fieldmay substitute for 1 year of experience, and associate’s degree for six (6) months.
