Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and improve training programs across the organization. You will enhance onboarding, employee development, and performance through scalable solutions and strong instructional design.

Experience with LMS management and healthcare settings is highly valued. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of L&D experience, with advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to lead both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design required.
• Strong experience managing an LMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, aligned with goals and performance standards.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and implement scalable learning solutions.
• Manage LMS including course uploads, tracking, reporting, and UX optimization.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules, with high-quality PowerPoint development.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
