Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and administer learning programs across the AEC sector. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to create engaging content that grows technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities include developing eLearning, facilitating sessions, and managing the LMS, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years designing and delivering learning programs for adult learners.
• Experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with video creation/editing tools such as Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and administer learning programs to support growth and leadership development.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and create engaging experiences.
• Develop eLearning courses, job aids, videos, guides, and assessments using modern tools.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops, in-person or virtual.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, reporting, and support.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics.
