POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development Team at Power Construction. We believe in bringing high-quality content to our employees to help them be as effective as possible in their jobs as well as grow in their careers. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our employees. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective learning solutions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. The L&D Specialist reports to the L&D Manager.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
