Job summary

Hubbard Family Swim School is seeking an Learning & Development Program Specialist to design, coordinate, and continually improve our training programs across Swim and Camp divisions.

You will manage instructional content, update curricula, and optimize the learning management system, collaborating with HR, curriculum teams, and leaders to ensure engaging, current training aligned with HFSS initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; preference for L&D, instructional design, education, training, curriculum development, communications-related experience.
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, or educational content is strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication, visual presentation, organization, creativity, and project-management skills.
• Experience with Canva, Google Slides, learning management systems, and related content-development tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training presentations, courses, resources, and materials for Swim, Camp, leadership, and company-wide learning programs.
• Enhance training using modern instructional methods and multimedia resources.
• Coordinate content, presentations, materials, and communication for HFSSU trainings, Leadership trainings, and All Staff Training.
• Monitor training data and effectiveness to identify improvements.
• Maintain updated learning resources and ensure alignment with Hubbard initiatives.
