Job summary

Hubbard Family Swim School is seeking a Learning & Development Program Specialist to design and oversee instructional content and training programs. You will partner with HR, Curriculum Team, and site leaders to ensure engaging, consistent learning aligned with HFSS initiatives.

You will manage content updates, assess training effectiveness, and advance the L&D strategy using TalentLMS and other tools, while supporting onboarding and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in learning and development preferred.
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, or educational content is strongly preferred.
• Ability to write clearly and present information professionally; strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Experience with Canva, Google Slides, learning management systems, and other content-development technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training presentations, courses, facilitator resources, and educational materials for Swim, Camp, leadership, and company-wide learning programs.
• Enhance training using modern instructional methods, including video, visuals, and interactive activities.
• Coordinate content, materials, and communication for monthly trainings and leadership sessions.
• Review and improve training programs for consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with Hubbard initiatives.
• Maintain the TalentLMS system and optimize its structure, automation, and reporting.
• Monitor training data and effectiveness; provide compliance and progress reports to HR.
