Job summary

Harris Companies, inc is seeking a Learning + Development Intern for Summer 2027 within the Human Capital team. You will gain on-the-job experience in L&D through hands-on, project-based assignments and translate classroom concepts into real-world learning solutions.

You will support design, development, and maintenance of learning resources, assist with Workday Learning administration, and research topics to support current and future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Marketing, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences.
• Comfortable learning and working with technology; experience with learning management systems or eLearning development tools is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

• Supporting the administration of learning in Workday Learning, including course information, assignments, completions, and learning records.
• Assisting with learning data, registration, reporting, and assessments.
• Researching learning topics, tools, and best practices to support current and future L&D initiatives.

What we are looking for in you

Pay Range

$19.42 - $29.14

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
