Job summary

The Harris Company is offering a Learning & Development Intern role for Summer 2027 in Saint Paul, MN. You’ll support the Human Capital team with hands-on, project-based learning initiatives and content development.

Responsibilities include creating modules in Articulate 360, updating training materials, and assisting with Workday Learning administration and data reporting. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development with enthusiasm for engaging learning experiences.
• Comfort with technology; LMS or eLearning tools experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Create or update online learning modules using Articulate 360.
• Update and enhance existing learning content, including PowerPoint presentations and facilitator materials.
• Review and update resources within the Harris Leadership Toolkit.
• Support administration of learning in Workday Learning, including course info, assignments, and records.
• Assist with learning data, registration, reporting, and assessments.
• Research learning topics, tools, and best practices to support L&D initiatives.
