Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Learning & Development Director to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of training programs across HUB initiatives. You will deliver new hire and refresher training, coordinate with SMEs, and shape strategic plans with the HUB teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in pharma training, and proven leadership with strong presentation and coaching skills. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• At least three years of training experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of training professionals.
• Strong computer literacy; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate training programs for HUB initiatives.
• Develop training materials and evaluation processes for new-hire, upgrade, and refresher training.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery, evaluation, and cost management for training programs.
• Collaborate with supervisors to create strategic training plans for HUB teams.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with program managers and QA/QC to assess training needs.
• Hire and manage Training Associates and provide performance feedback.
