Job summary

Baisch Engineering Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to build internal training programs, guides, and e-learning content. You will convert complex documents into employee-friendly materials and use AI tools to generate drafts, summaries, and quizzes.

You’ll manage the learning management system and work with SMEs to capture tacit knowledge. You will collaborate with department leads to identify training needs, support onboarding, and drive ongoing professional development in

Responsibilities

• Create internal training programs, guides, work instructions, videos, and e-learning content
• Convert technical documents, standards, procedures, and project lessons learned into employee-friendly learning materials
• Utilize approved AI tools to analyze existing company documents, standards, procedures, and project records to generate first drafts of training materials, summaries, quizzes, and learning content
• Organize and maintain Baisch learning management system
• Interview technical staff, project management, and other SMEs to capture tacit knowledge
• Collaborate with department leads to assess training needs across departments
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development programs
