Job summary

Baisch Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design and deliver internal training programs across the company.

You will convert technical documents into engaging learning materials, manage the learning management system, and collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs while supporting onboarding and ongoing development. The role emphasizes leveraging approved AI tools to draft materials and quizzes, ensuring high‑quality, employee‑focused

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering internal training content.
• Ability to translate complex technical material into learner-friendly formats.

Responsibilities

• Create internal training programs, guides, work instructions, videos, and e-learning content.
• Convert technical documents, standards, procedures, and project lessons learned into employee-friendly learning materials.
• Utilize approved AI tools to analyze existing company documents, standards, procedures, and project records to generate first drafts of training materials, summaries, quizzes, and learning content.
• Organize and maintain Baisch learning management system.
• Interview technical staff, project management, and other SMEs to capture tacit knowledge.
• Collaborate with department leads to assess training needs across departments.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development programs.
