Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Learning Coordinator for a fully remote, Pennsylvania-based role. You will support training programs for teams serving policyholders and account holders, keeping learning activities organized from course setup through completion reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining LMS rosters, coordinating virtual sessions and materials, preparing learner guides and post-session resources, and tracking evaluations with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting training, learning programs, or people operations.
• Comfort navigating an LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Ability to format course materials and maintain learner records.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning content.
• Clear written follow-through with facilitators, learners, and program contacts.
• Remote-first work supporting distributed learning programs.
• Exposure to learning technology and training program operations.
• Collaborative environment with coaching on learning coordination practices.
