Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and support students in the Learning Commons.
• Respond to emails and calls promptly.
• Oversee scheduling, room reservations and events.
• Assist with early alert tracking and Starfish workflows.
• Supervise and recruit student workers; payroll coordination.
• Maintain Learning Commons webpages and social media.
