Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a highly energetic Center Director for our Chadds Ford location to run the learning center, drive enrollment, and supervise staff. You will oversee educational progress, lead sales efforts, and manage the daily operations to ensure a high-quality math learning experience for students.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer relationship management, and hands-on participation in education and sales, with a focus on building a thriving center culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Algebra I competency.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; deliver individualized instruction.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Conduct enrollment and drive student sign-ups; retain families.

Looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to run our Mathnasium learning center!

Core responsibilities:

• SALES: procuring new business in the form of signing up new families, as well as retaining our existing enrolled families


• EDUCATION: overseeing and ensuring the educational progress of our enrolled students


• MANAGEMENT: managing and training all center staff, ensuring best practices are being utilized

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center


• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method


• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally


• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships


• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students


• Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans


• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress


• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success


• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes


• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students


• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills


• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities


• Eagerness to learn and be trained


• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I


• Proficiency in computer skills


• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field


• Previous management or leadership experience preferred


• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
