Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Learning Center Director to coach Guides and students in a K-3 cohort, utilizing data-driven coaching and adaptive learning to drive measurable outcomes. You will work directly in classrooms, lead workshops, and develop scalable playbooks to elevate performance across the campus.

This full-time, on-site role offers relocation assistance and aims to accelerate student growth while developing teachers and future leaders within Alpha's coaching-first framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• 5+ years leading teams with 5+ people.
• Experience building or expanding programs, not just sustaining them.
• Proven success using data to boost team or student performance.
• Willingness to challenge traditional education models and adopt a coaching-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations.
• Design and deliver workshops for K-3 students.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching.
• Develop scalable coaching playbooks for the Guide team.
• Mentor Guides and model outstanding coaching practices.
