Job summary

Huntington Learning Center is seeking a Learning Center Coordinator & Tutor to support students and families, tutor across subjects, and help run day-to-day center operations. You will communicate with families, coordinate schedules, assist teachers, and ensure a welcoming learning environment using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of tutoring or teaching experience; strong organization and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of tutoring, teaching, or direct student experience.
• Education, administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one across grade levels and subjects.
• Coordinate daily/weekly student and teacher schedules.
• Manage calendars, appointments, Zoom meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Process payments, invoices, and payroll tracking.
• Support family communication and center operations.
• Help onboard and train new instructors and support teachers.
