Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Learning Manager in Phoenix, AZ, hybrid schedule. You will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs aligned to strategic objectives, including curriculum development, training facilitation, learning technology management, and performance evaluation.

You will report to the Sr Director of Engineering Strategy & Integration and shape a culture of perpetual growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ability to drive strategic planning and course level learning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and performance analysis with stakeholders.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learning initiatives.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile models.
• Oversee multiple projects with timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
