Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Learning Architect to design scalable, end-to-end AI fluency and cloud-skill pathways for 1.5M Amazonians. You will ensure rigor and coherence with AWS standards while making learning accessible to all backgrounds.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to map existing content into coherent sequences and drive measurable learning outcomes across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Learning & Development and course facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
• Experience in a training role, including technical training
• Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end learning pathways across AI fluency and foundational cloud skills.
• Establish learning design standards, assessment frameworks, and competency validation criteria.
• Curate, sequence, and adapt existing content for internal audiences; develop original materials where gaps exist.
• Partner with delivery, business development, and data teams to translate demand signals into learning interventions and define meaningful outcome metrics.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and iterate on pathway design based on learner feedback and data.
