Job summary

Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support manufacturing training operations and onboarding, ensuring training records and compliance with SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485.

You will develop training materials, assess competency, and partner with production leaders to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred; medical device experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with LMS and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support manufacturing training operations. This role is responsible for coordinating employee training, conducting new hire onboarding, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with production leadership to identify training needs, develop training materials, evaluate employee competency, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver training for manufacturing personnel.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support employee onboarding.
• Maintain training records, training matrices, and compliance documentation.

• Experience with LMS, ComplianceWire, Agile PLM, SAP, or MES is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
