Job summary

A leading digital marketing and coaching firm is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Philadelphia. In this role, you will create and maintain employee training programs and onboarding processes within a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in adult training, plus a strong background in education. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building/running adult training at a company with at least 50 people and $15M in revenue.
• Local to Philadelphia and able to work in office at least once per week is preferred.
• Adult Education training/background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with all department heads to build and maintain all onboarding training.
• Oversee/manage the training portal (either Trainual or Thinkific).
• Assist coaching department as needed in ensuring their trainings are built in the best way possible.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with all department heads to build and maintain all onboarding training
• Work with HR to maintain all HR trainings
• Oversee/manage the training portal (either Trainual or Thinkific)
• Assist coaching department as needed in ensuring their trainings are built in the best way possible for clients to consume/retain information
