This well-organized, insightful, and forward-thinking, training-focused individual is responsible for ensuring A. Duie Pyle maintains accurate, effective training and development programs across the Fleet Maintenance Department. This role oversees the development of training curriculum, ensures compliance with established programs, tracks training completion, delivers training when appropriate, and continuously enhances training materials through the use of modern learning tools and software programs. The position works closely with department leaders to ensure training is completed in a timely manner and aligned with operational needs. This role serves as the direct supervisor of training personnel within the Fleet Maintenance Department and plays a key role in shaping and expanding the apprenticeship programs. While supervisory responsibilities are primary, hands‑on involvement is also expected to support the growth of existing training programs and the development of new initiatives that improve departmental proficiency and overall employee productivity.
